In order to create the perfect menu you must use the very best local ingredients. That’s why we’ve forged great relationships with local farmers, retailers and suppliers, and have recently developed our very own farm kitchen.

CaterCater development chefs now pick their own fresh ingredients to prepare the perfect dishes for our clients. The farm kitchen allows us to provide our team with a greater understanding of ingredients, seasonal produce and the environment.
